Calculate weight of a 3' × 4' window, 1/4" thick float glass:

Step 1: Area = 3 ft × 4 ft = 12 ft²

Step 2: Thickness = 1/4" = 0.25 inches

Step 3: Volume = 12 ft² × (0.25/12) ft = 0.25 ft³
